Descrizione

Band under front foot in staggered stance with straight rear leg and feet parallel. Grab both ends of the band in hand opposite the front leg. With torso tilted sightly forward, pull band up and back, so hand ends up next to your ribs. At the top of the pull, rotate the torso to pull band longer. Keep core braced, and torso in alignment with rear leg.
