Descrizione

Stand with feet hip width apart. Grab a dumbbell with both hands clasped around it so that the weight is vertical. Keeping your shoulder blades depressed and squeezed together, start with the dumbbell against your chest. Press your hands together as hard as you can. Press the dumbbell upward and inward slowly until your arms are straight out and elbows are locked. Slowly return the dumbbell to starting position.
