Give us feedback about our Workout Trainer app!

This is one of my favorite apps!!! I love it!!! I was wondering if you all could make this app so it would work with My Fitness Pal. It would be so cool, if it linked with My Fitness Pal and sent our workouts to that app. I know they have a couple running apps that do that now, but I do not want to switch because I love THIS app. That would be a cool idea for 2013!!!!

Love that app. I think if you guys could put weight lifting workouts one here that you could follow while in the gym would be a nice addition. A lot of people fear going to the gym because they don't know what to do, maybe that addition would encourage them to go in and hit the weights

Awesome app...the more I use it, the more I love it! Thanks for a great app. I'll be going with pro shortly.

Loving it as I don't feel like I'm being judged on hw I workout or whn I do. Xxx

I love the app - I'm a PRO+ member and a certified personal trainer. I use the app to guide my boot camp classes and it helps to keep each class efficient and fully utilize our time with quick transitions. The only suggestion I have is allowing us to duplicate our created workouts. It's quite time consuming to have to re-enter data for warm-up/cool-down and stretches that we do prior to/after each workout. If I could duplicate workouts, I would simply have to remove the workout portion and replace it with the workout for the day. Right now, I either...

I absolutely love this app! It makes exercising easy. It's like having a personal trainer right here with me.

When creating a workout which involves the same exercises but in 3 sets, I would like to copy the exercises rather than having to enter them 3 times.

Thanks for the suggestion, Steve! We'll add that to our to-do list :)

I agree. A copy and paste function would be hugely helpful when creating workouts
circa 14 anni

I picked a workout that was too hard.  I wasn't able to delete it and pick another through any sensible means.

It seemed to work if I didn't my profile here, recreated it, then I deleted my application date, deleted the program and reinstalled.

It shouldn't be that hard.  Did I miss something?

Hi Matthew, sorry I'm not quite following. Did you set your settings too hard when you first signed up? You can edit that in your preferences at any time. Also, you can browse workouts and filter for only moderate or casual workouts, should the intense setting be too hard. Email us at [email protected] if you have additional questions about this issue-- Thanks!

Clive and Steve, we'll definitely add that to our Feature Request for you-- great suggestion!

Is there a way to determine the calories that the work out burns?
circa 14 anni

@Clive/Steve, you can add multiple rounds by editing your existing workout and clicking on the "1 round of" text.  It'll bring up a screen where you can change that to as many rounds as you'd like! Let me know if you need more clarification :)

circa 14 anni

@Sami, if you have an Android device you can get a calorie estimate in the latest version of the app!  This feature will be available for iOS devices in the next update... stay tuned via Facebook or Twitter if you want to get the latest updates first!

Hi. Thanks for post about creating multiple rounds. Already doing this. But often you want the same round with something slightly different. Eg just created a Crossfit with ten rounds. Identical except I want to say 'half way' at round six and 'last round' at ten. This situation would be much easier with a copy function.

@Clive, ahh I see what you mean.  Ok, I'll pass that feedback along for you! Thanks!

I just joined and I don't see the calorie count on iPhone.  Am I missing it or are y'all working on that too?

Hi Conor, I have the same problem. I have a series of workouts I set up and use, but noone else can find them. If I search for them on my iphone or on the website I can't find them either. eg Crossfit Workout By Trainer Jon

I made what was supposed to be a fun training run, but the only place it seems to exist is in my profile. It's doing exactly ZERO good there!

I just posted on a coment this " I can see al your workouts... you just have to click on the "created" tab. (The page takes you straight to "Top" when you click Workouts.. people who want to see your workouts just need to click "created"). " It took me a while to figure it out but trust me I see your workout after I click on the right place. Lol

Can you clarify whether user created workouts are meant to be hidden from other users (I.e., current inability of other users to see them is a bug) or intentional (I can't share workouts for everyone, which bums me out given a $25/year subscription is pretty steep in this app genre).

Thanks.

hi guys, do you know how to edit the schedule of a program? I am ill and I tried to move forward some dates but I can't find the way. Anyone?

So, a couple of months ago I created a workout. Now I want to change it slightly, but I can't see any way of editing it. I Googled to find out and the closest I got was this: http://blog.skimble.com/skimbles-workout-trainer-android-app-update-c

Now, that tells me I can create (which I've done) and edit (which I can't seem to do at all) my workouts. I've looked and I can't find any edit button. I honestly cannot see how to edit a workout at all.

Please, enlighten me, how do I access the promised edit feature?

I must have pressed the menu button on every screen but that one. Many thanks.

@Conor, Clive, and Nox, if your profile is set to private, then only those users that you follow will be able to see your updates, workouts, etc.  If your profile is public, and you're still experiencing this problem, please email us at support(at)skimble(dot)com. Thanks!

@Kara, we don't yet have the calorie counter available for iPhone, but it's coming in the next update. Keep posted by following us on Twitter or Facebook!

I am new to this and just trying to learn all the features. Where on the android can you see the calories burned per workout? Thanks

Also I signed up for the slim and trim boot camp...How can I change the days of the week that it's automatically set itself on please?
circa 14 anni

@Sebastian, unfortunately you can't build your own schedule in our Workout Programs, since we designed the programs with specific rest days.  However if you've missed a workout, just click on the Reschedule button and it'll push back all your remaining workouts with the scheduled rests.  You can reschedule as much as you'd like, but the Reschedule button won't appear until you've missed the next workout.  Hope that helps!

I was wondering if there is a way to delete an exercise, I accidently skipped to the end of a session and The app (Android) took it as completed and listed as only 19 cal burned. I redid the session and it saved the second attempt fine. Unfortunatly it also saved the first messed up session. I would like it deleted but can't find a way to. Thank you for your time.

Sorry Zeb... we don't have a way to delete a tracked workout at this time.
