There are a lot of yoga workouts that can be found on skimble. Do a search in workouts for beginner yoga or flexibilty, filter out you tube workouts. One thing that helped me with the yoga moves is to breath. You can hold the pose, and often exhale and go a little bit futher in the stretch. Click on the excerise and you get instruction on how to do the move. Practice, practice, practice is key! 🥳💚🥳
