Im back from vacation and need to completely detox my body and get back on track. What's the best way to detox your body?! Water and lemon? Let me know I want ideas please :) ❤
Plain simple foods like chicken and small amounts thru the day and water should be a must everyday anyway that would be best detox . Detox with just water and lemon wont benefit you much other than a empty colon which makes tou feel lighter n freshed... when you start working out and eating your body will be all over the place...
I know just how you feel. I have been traveling a lot over the last two months. Doing the last 7 weeks I have only had 16 workout sessions :(
When that is said there are no evidence that a detox is anything but a myth. Just going back to your normal healthy lifestyle is probably the best way to go :)
