What are so good programs that build tricips and arms in general? I am currently doing the 50 push up challenge and am open to suggestions :)
I'm using runtastic push-ups. It counts your reps and it has a program included. The workouts are split in 5 sets and get more intense each time you work out, till you reach the 100 push-ups.

Do 300 tricep pushups every other day. Remember to keep those elbows next to your rib cage when you push up. Strong & Toned Arms 3 is a great program, start with number one and work your way to 3.
