What are so good programs that build tricips and arms in general? I am currently doing the 50 push up challenge and am open to suggestions :)

I'm using runtastic push-ups. It counts your reps and it has a program included. The workouts are split in 5 sets and get more intense each time you work out, till you reach the 100 push-ups.

I don't think there is one that only focuses on triceps. It wouldn't have much variety, especially when you're only doing bodyweight exercises. You'd only do push-ups and dips.

Just go to the program section and hit search. You'll find some for arms, but you'll probably need weights for it.

Do 300 tricep pushups every other day. Remember to keep those elbows next to your rib cage when you push up. Strong & Toned Arms 3 is a great program, start with number one and work your way to 3.

Do them 2 at a time if you have to, just commit and do as many as you can bro! Twenty at a time, Tenn at a time one at a time, any way you can, do as many as you can in a day and see where you are at, then make a goal
