M190's i created this workout for my clients and they love it, anyways the challenege is that you have to complete 20 reps in all exercises and all the rounds, Good Luck 😺
P90x might.work but you would have to make some tweaks to it, now insanity will.not work
Looks tough. At almost 38yrs these burpees and squat jumps arent getting any easier but I like the challenge. Question....on the description it says do at least 10 but is the goal to do 20 in a minute on every exercise?
