M190's i created this workout for my clients and they love it, anyways the challenege is that you have to complete 20 reps in all exercises and all the rounds, Good Luck 😺

Looks like a awesome workout... LOVE burpees and mountain climbers. But unfortunately am not cleared to do them in the pregnancy. I'll have to come back in a few months and knock this workout out!!! :-)

Do you know how i can gain weight? Im a male and trying to gain weight for the football season. I cant bench press at all. Would p90x or insanity help

P90x might.work but you would have to make some tweaks to it, now insanity will.not work

Looks tough. At almost 38yrs these burpees and squat jumps arent getting any easier but I like the challenge. Question....on the description it says do at least 10 but is the goal to do 20 in a minute on every exercise?

I'm getting there khali right now I'm hitting 15 on every exercise its killer especially on pec flys 😓
