I enjoy lots of different sports, but mostly I am into rock climbing. One thing I see holding me back is how little flexibility I have, especially around the groin and legs. At times I have trouble being able to bring my legs in and up and place them far apart. Anyone have tips for stretches or yoga poses that can help?
