I'm 30 years old and I'm just learning how to take care of myself. I am extremely obese and have filled my body with all kinds of garbage over the years. For the first time in my life I want change! I'm sick of being fat and unhealthy. I want to Live! I'm willing to do whatever it takes to become the man I was meant to be. My goal is to lose 200 lbs. I am currently following the atkins diet and just started using this app for training and motivation. I am inexperienced in practically all things workout and fitness related. I appreciate any help and/or encouragement.
