This is for someone whose looking to tone up the majority of their body, in the least amount of time. Many exercises I have chosen are combination exercises, (meaning they work more than one body part at a time) but they do focus on one of the A's! ADTTNL INFO: anyone who has viewed or did my "56-45-10, never bored again" workout, knows that I hate doing same exercises over and over again. In this workout, you will not see a repeated exercise. Just choose some space, grab a bottle of H2O, and let's get working!
