You don't need to use weights to seriously strengthen and tone those arms of yours. This bodyweight workout is simple enough to do anywhere yet high-impact enough that you'll be seeing incredible arm chisel in no time. Make sure you're warmed up before you begin this targeted arm routine!


Exercises

Set 1: 2 round
Lower your torso until your elbows form a 90 degree angle. Make sure to maintain your plank position and keep your neck neutral. Push back up to high plank by straightening your arms. Repeat.

Cassandra N. : You have to incfease up your speed to switch between exercises, and it definitely tells you what to do next. It has always told me. The lesser time you take for the adjustment, the lesser rest you take and the more harder the muscles have to work for the next workout leading to development in muscles.
