Descrizione

With barbell on rack place one or two weight plates on the floor between rack. You will stand on the plates with your heels hanging off the end of the plates. Now raise the barbell with it sitting behind your neck extending your calves up then lowering with your heels extending below the plates you are standing on. Repeat for the number of reps.
