Not all the stuff i do is included. Essentially I alternate between bicep and triceps the whole time. Some on machine and some free weights. Its just easier to create a workout that says 20 minutes curls and 20 minutes triceps extentions. It is pretty much what I do, but I mix it up with different free weights exercises and machines.
