Join this 30-day fit challenge led by the amazing trainer Sophie 'Gains by Brains' 🚀 Featuring fun, sweaty & challenging workout videos 6 times per week. Most workouts require no equipment, making it easy to join in from anywhere. Sometimes we're adding some dumbbell work in there to increase resistance, but you can also follow along without weights. Each workout ranges from 10 to 35 minutes.
