I stated working out about 7 years ago after having my first little one. I wanted to be able to keep up with her as she got faster I noticed I was having trouble keeping up. My friend got me going to a kickboxing place and I just kept going. After a couple years of doing the carido part I tried out the Muay Thi part and loved it. It is so much fun working out with a partner.
Just recently we moved to IL from WA state and trying to find some where I liked that was not over an half hour drive for me was not working out at all. I was really missing working out and was putting on weight again. Then the gym I did find I hurt the inner side of my right knee really bad to the point I could not walk on it for two weeks. After three months of taking it easy I finally got back into the game starting in January. I started out at 146 and am down to 140 now.
About three weeks for my birthday my wonderful husband got me the P09x2 program and I have been rocking that. I have also been using this app on my phone to add to that program to get some cardio in. I love to do cardio and miss that in the P90X2 program. It is a great program and I am seeing some changes in my body already and it has only been three weeks.
The thing I really like about this app/site is that you can create your own workouts and just hit play. I have looked for another app that does workout as well as this one and their just is not any out there. If you are looking for a free workout app this is the best out there. And when you go Pro as I have things only get better. Thanks for this great app.
