Descrizione

A boxercise workout for two people using boxing pads. One person holds the pads while the other person punches into the pads. Each boxing round is done twice - one person punches for the first round then swaps the pads the the second person punches for the second round then both people do the minute of bodyweight exercises between the boxing rounds. If anything is unclear just ask me :-)
