Use dumbbells and a resistance band. These are heavy sets, using an active rest period. You will do a medium number of sets with high reps. Keep the weight as heavy as possible to just barely get your reps. Use a drop set if needed to get the reps. For your rest, you will be jumping rope for 20 seconds, then 1 minute rest. Move from your reps to the rope as quickly as possible.
